The Institute of Warranty Chain Management was formed in 2006 to support and advance the warranty management profession and global warranty industry. The iWCM offers a central point where warranty professionals and business executives from across multiple industries can access and share information on warranty-related events, processes and services, while benefiting from educational and research information on warranty management.

Glen Griffiths
President
 Glen Griffiths is the director of Hewlett Packard’s Global Engineering Services responsible for providing engineering and regulatory support across all HP hardware businesses.  He manages over 180 people spread across 24 countries with his teams supporting over $60B of products sales annually.   In previous appointments Glen was instrumental in establishing the framework for HP’s current warranty management initiatives as well as leading HP’s early benchmarking work.
 
Glen’s professional experience has centered on electrical, avionic and reliability engineering as well as systems engineering.  Glen retired from the United Kingdom Royal Air Force, after serving 22 years as an Engineering Officer.  In his previous roles he was operations manager for a squadron of Jaguar strike attack aircraft, managed the software development and test teams for the Harrier aircraft (AV8B) fleet and managed a multi-national team of software reliability and engineering R&D advisors for the Typhoon aircraft.  During his last 3 years in the military he was responsible for setting R&M requirements for all UK Military Air systems procurement and he also acted as the UK reliability specialist advisor to the US Department of Defense Joint Strike Fighter Project. 

Glen holds a Masters in Business Administration, a Masters in Reliability and Maintainability Engineering and an Honors degree in General Engineering.

Kjell Hammarstrom
Vice President
 After studies in Logistics Management at Business School and Business Economics studies at Stockholm University Mr. Hammarstrom worked as Logistics Manager for IT companies Digital Equipment, Data General, IMP and also for the steel industry company Tibnor.  Mr. Hammarstrom also worked for the Swedish printer company Facit as a Product Manager.  For the past twelve years he has been with Sun Microsystems first as Logistics Manager for the Nordic and Eastern Europe countries and later as Business Support Manager and Global Process Manager for the Logistics organization.  His current role is as Warranty Costing Program Manager responsible for developing Sun’s warranty cost estimate models.

Thomas Bellinger
Secretary
 Thomas is a strategist in IBM's Systems Group Technical Support Operations organization responsible for worldwide strategic initiatives. An IBM veteran of over 25 years, Thomas has held numerous positions in development, procurement, quality, and warranty chain management. With nearly 14 years in warranty chain management, Thomas has participated in all WCM conferences and presented. He has been active in promoting best practices and benchmarking and was a Charter Team member before being elected as Secretary of the Board of Directors in the Institute of Warranty Chain Management. Thomas has a Bachelors degree in Biomedical Engineering and a Masters degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Iowa. He and his family reside in Rochester, Minnesota.

Greg Spraker
Treasurer
 Greg Spraker is a Strategist at SAS Institute. Greg has over 15 years experience in Reliability Engineering and Warranty Management in Telecommunications, Aerospace, Industrial Controls and Medical Devices. He consults with corporations that are seeking to build and optimize their Service Intelligence Center. He is a Certified Reliability Engineer and holds Bachelor and Masters degrees in Electrical Engineering.
