The Institute of Warranty Chain Management was formed in 2006 to support and advance the warranty management profession and global warranty industry. The iWCM offers a central point where warranty professionals and business executives from across multiple industries can access and share information on warranty-related events, processes and services, while benefiting from educational and research information on warranty management.
Sponsors & Volunteers Overview PDF Print
The IWCM is heavily dependent on the contribution of time and expertise from warranty experts in order to build effective member services.  The IWCM appreciates greatly the financial and intellectual contributions of our sponsors and volunteers.

Sponsors are organizations who are able to commit additional funds to ensure Individual Membership for their associates and wish to provide additional funds for the Institute – especially during the formative years.

Sponsors (who purchase Corporate Memberships at the prescribed level) but who also contribute funds above the specified level, receive additional benefits.

Volunteers are individuals and organizations who make other contributions to the Institute.

Volunteers’
Contributions may be in the form of:

  • Developing content for the IWCM Website
  • Developing content for IWCM training and certification programs
  • Supporting the delivery of the training curriculum
  • Support for adjudication of certification examinations
  • Providing professional services such as legal support etc.
  • Others as appropriate

Should the IWCM Board of Directors deem an individual's contribution to be of significance, in moving the IWCM services forward, then the Board may approve complimentary annual Membership for an individual and other benefits depending on the extent of their contribution to the Institute.
