We are seeking volunteers from the warranty community to join the development working groups that are developing the training courses for the Institute.   We need both content and process experts.  We can use your support even if your contribution is limited to a few hours a month:  it is quality of your contribution that we value as much as the amount of time you can spend.  Specifically, we need a few more contributors for the following ongoing development working groups:

• Warranty 101–Warranty Fundamentals 
• Warranty Statistics and Analysis
• Warranty Metrics and Benchmarking 

We are seeking for additional volunteers to staff the following new course development efforts that we will be launching.

• Warranty and the Law 
• Warranty Finance and Cost Estimation
• Warranty and Supply Chain 
• Warranty Service and Support
• Extended Warranty Management 
• Design for Warranty
